MINI INNO is a spatial design and real estate development practice founded in Los Angeles in 2017 and now based in Orlando, working with clients across the United States and internationally.

Our heritage and upbringing have given us a close connection to Eastern philosophies. Through the design process, we continue to learn from these ideas—exploring how they can be translated into material, proportion, atmosphere, and the everyday experience of space.

We approach each project with thoughtful intention, considering not only how a space looks, but how it can nurture the spirit and support the rituals of daily life. Simplicity, calm, respect for materials and the environment, and a connection to nature remain at the heart of our work.

To us, minimalism is not simply about having less. It is about clarity, purpose, and allowing what matters to have presence. Innovation comes through thoughtful interpretation—finding new ways to create spaces that feel grounded, personal, and enduring.

Our practice is location-flexible, allowing us to collaborate remotely and travel to projects for site visits and key stages of the design process.
